
Cancellation Policy: All requests for cancellations must be received in writing to David Lecchini.
1/ If a written request of cancellation is received prior to July 31, 2017, the registration fee, less a 50€ administrative fee, will be refunded after the meeting.
2/ If a written request of cancellation is received between July 31, 2017 and August 25, 2017, the registration fee, less a 100€ administrative fee, will be refunded after the meeting.
3/ Refund requests after August 25, 2017 will not be honored.
WHY THESE DATES?
The selection of abstracts will be as follow :
* The call for abstract is open until 31th July. Only the participants who submit an abstract and register before July 31th will be allowed to present their research (oral presentation, poster or flash talk) at the IPFC. Participants who register after July 22nd will be allowed to attend the conference, but will not be given the opportunity to present their research.
* The scientific committee of IPFC and the leaders of IPFC sessions will select the participants that will do an oral presentation OR a poster/flash talk between July 31 and August 16, 2017.
* The chairman will announce the results to each participant by email on August 19-20, 2017. If a participant did not receive an email from the chairman on August 21, 2017, he has to send an email to the Chairman (david.lecchini@ephe.sorbonne.fr)
* Until the August 25, 2017, the participant could cancel his registration and his abstract (see administration fee above).
Unforeseen Circumstances
The organizing committee will not return any registration fee should the Conference be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, such as strike (public or private sector), war, typhoon or other forms of natural disasters.
